Statement of Faith & Doctrine:

A Sure Foundation Christian Church accepts the Scriptures as the revealed Will of God, the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice.
We will present the Bible, and the Bible presents itself as the truth, for those who accept it and believe it.

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, a revelation from God to man, the infallible rule of faith and conduct. (2nd Tim.3:15-17, 1st Peter 1:23-25; Heb.4:12)

We believe that the triune Godhead is comprised of there (3) separate and distinct personalities, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit, who are eternally self-existent self-revealed and function as one entity.
Jesus Christ, who is God manifested in the flesh, is the second member of the Godhead, co-equal and co-eternal with The Father and The Holy Spirit.

We believe the Holy Spirit to be the divine third person of the Trinity — God as Spirit. (Matthew 28:19, John 14:16, Acts 13:1-2, Romans 8:14-16).

We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is for every believer, speaking in tongues is the initial accompanying evidence of having received the Baptism. (Acts 1:4-8, Joel 2:28, Acts 2:4, 1st Corinthians 12:7, 1st Corinthians 14:2)

We believe the church is the body of Christ, the habitation of God through the Spirit, with a divine appointment for the fulfillment of her great commission.

Our Mission: 2 Encourage, 2 Comfort, 2 give Hope, 2 Empower all ages and nationalities to embrace the Word of God and the operation of the Holy Spirit helping to build faith that fully persuades and convinces men women and children to profess faith in Jesus the Christ, and faith in God as God has in Himself.
